Personal Training with Cathy

  • Personal Training is centered around what you would like to achieve during the 1 hour session time, whether that’s mastering a strength move, a cardiovascular fitness based session, or a whole body strength workout.

  • You may be looking for a one-off session to supplement an existing exercise schedule, a couple of sessions to help you gain confidence before joining a new group, or a block of sessions as you just prefer training on a one-to-one basis.

  • Homework is included - I want you to feel the benefits of working with me, regardless of how often you see me.

  • Tailored nutrition information is provided and ongoing nutrition advice and support as required.

  • You will be pre-screened, physically assessed and we will discuss your goals prior to starting training.

  • Discount with block booking of 6 weeks or more.

  • Discount for training with a friend (2 people per session (max 3).

  • Saturday Power Hour included.

“A 9 hour day sat at a desk and some days an additional 4 hour round commute sat in the car took its toll on my health. I also had issues with my neck, (a 20yr old, niggling injury), so I was nervous of doing anything strenuous and wrongly I avoided exercise. After pretty much a decade of that nonsense I found myself with very little upper body strength, no muscle tone and no energy, so I decided to make a few lifestyle changes… I left my job in Bristol and searched around for a personal trainer!

I joined Cathy’s one to one sessions (twice a week), for whole body strength training, alongside this I gradually built up to a 5K jog, which I did once a week. In just 10 weeks I had lost 2.5 inches off my waist and 4lbs in weight… pretty chuffed with that! I’ve now reached 6 months and I have lost a total of 10lb, 3 inches off my waist and gained muscle definition. My BMI reduced from 24.4 to 22.6 and my body fat has reduced from 37% to 34%. I feel so much stronger and healthier, I’ve even had sessions where I haven’t worried about my neck injury.

I recently swapped the weekly jog for Cathy’s Power Hour on Saturday mornings, this I totally recommend - it’s so much more enjoyable than running AND everyone is super friendly. I really can’t recommend ‘All Women Health & Fitness’ highly enough…
