  • 1-hour, full body, outdoor, circuit style training

  • Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Progression and regression options for all exercises.

  • Every Saturday at 7:30am and every Tuesday at 6.30am.

  • Health screen check before first session.

  • Block of 4 sessions £32 / block of 8 sessions £60 (Saturdays and/or Tuesdays).

  • Drop in session £9

  • Brecon Sports Association Pitch, next to the car park
